These new images are heavily embeded with Skye scenes.
With weather looking photographically promising, I shoehorned in a couple of days away from my busy schedule and was rewarded with some decent opportunities. Taking around 400 shots in a 24hr period on Skye, from 5am until there was light in the night sky and travelling from Kyle to Elgol and to Carboost, then onto the Storr and Trotternish ridge, ending up at the most northerly point of Skye. It was an enduring, vigorous, but indulgent brief encounter with some of the country`s most dramatic wilderness.
I have here just a minuscule taste of what Skye can offer along with 3 local offerings which, I think, rival the western landscape.
