Born in Strathspey in the Scottish Highlands and brought up on a farm, I have always had an affinity with the nature and beauty of this wonderful area .Over the years I have developed a real passion for photography and now strive to recreate clear,crisp images of nature from brief snapshots of time. Most of my work now is based on Digital format, although Fujichrome still occasionally gets an airing. Landscapes are my fascination, while wildlife shots are more an extension to a particular scene, which together can create the "perfect" image.

The trades joiner and photogragher have now been linked together in the form of picture framing and so has become an extension of my day-to-day trade.

This website gives you a taste of the breath-taking area now designated as the Cairngorms National Park. The pictures are available as prints or digital images (for brochures, websites etc) and commissions are readily undertaken.Orders can also be taken for framing of your own art pieces.
